Abstract

The writing of this report aims to explain the planning and design process of franchise restaurants, boutique hotels, offices and residences in Banyuurip Village, Tegalrejo District, Magelang Regency, Central Java on land owned by Mr. Gunawan (age 56 years) and Mrs. Krisma (age 55 years) with a land area of 5030 m2. Designed to be one of the places to eat and lodging that can attract local and foreign tourists. By prioritizing the friendly aspects of the building contained in green architecture, then aligning with the environment around the site with its natural beauty. The design of this building is also based on previous design precedents and most importantly is the guidelines on building business houses and hospitality based on the standards of the Local Government office and the laws of the Republic of Indonesia on tall buildings. Data processing is divided by the type of franchise restaurant, the type and criteria of boutique hotels and also the process of activities that will be experienced by the time the design has been completed later. The design process during the operation and maintenance of the building is also an important consideration factor. The concept of green building is already applied to all communal buildings in major cities. This building is designed with four period buildings namely franchise restaurants, boutique hotels, offices and residential houses that have all facilitated activities and circulation that are integrated in the building. The use of environmentally friendly materials such as exposed bricks on the exterior of the building, is very suitable with the concept and the surrounding environment that carries the concept of green and environmentally friendly buildings. In addition, this building is also designed by utilizing air conditioning and natural lighting as well as the utilization of rainwater and dirty water. Keywords: Franchise restaurant and boutique hotel, Green Architecture, Eco- Friendly Penulisan laporan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang proses perencanaan dan perancangan resto waralaba, hotel butik, kantor dan rumah tinggal di Desa Banyuurip, Kecamatan Tegalrejo, Kabupaten Magelang, Jawa Tengah di lahan milik Bapak Gunawan (usia 56 tahun) dan Ibu Krisma (usia 55 tahun) dengan luas tanah 5030 m2. Dirancang untuk menjadi salah satu tempat makan dan penginapan yang dapat menarik para turis lokal dan mancanegara. Dengan mengedepankan aspek ramah bangunan yang terkandung dalam green architecture, kemudian menyelaraskan dengan lingkungan sekitar tapak dengan keasrian alamnya. Perancangan bangunan ini juga berlandaskan preseden-preseden desain yang terdahulu dan yang paling utama adalah pedoman tentang bangunan rumah usaha dan perhotelan berdasarkan standar-standar dari dinas Pemda dan undang-undang Republik Indonesia tentang bangunan tinggi. Pengolahan data dibagi berdasarkan jenis resto waralaba, jenis dan kriteria hotel butik dan juga proses kegiatan yang akan pengguna alami pada saat desain telah selesai nantinya. Proses rancangan desain pada saat operasional dan maintenance bangunan juga menjadi faktor pertimbangan yang penting. Konsep bangunan hijau sudah diterapkan pada semua bangunan komunal di kota-kota besar. Bangunan ini didesain dengan empat masa bangunan yaitu resto waralaba, hotel butik,kantor dan rumah tinggal yang keseluruhannya telah memfasilitasi aktivitas serta sirkulasi yang saling terintegrasi di dalam bangunan. Penggunaan material ramah lingkungan seperti batu bata ekspose pada bagian eksterior bangunan, sangat cocok dengan konsep dan lingkungan sekitarnya yang mengusung konsep bangunan hijau dan ramah lingkungan. Selain itu bangunan ini juga dirancang dengan memanfaatkan pengudaraan dan pencahayaan alami serta pemanfaatan air hujan dan air kotor.
