Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of training, motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance at Education and training center BLSDM Ministry of Communication and Informatics. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, the method used is to distribute questions to employees who are Likert scale, respondents are used by 40 employees, using SPPS25 software program, data analysis was performed using validity, reliability, and some linear regression correlation. the sampling technique is obtained from the sample respondents, data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression The results show that; (1) Training has a significant effect employee performance; (2) Motivation has a significant effect employee performance; (3) Organizational culture has a significant influence Employee Employees. Keywords: Training, Motivation, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, motivasi, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Pusdiklat BLSDM Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan pertanyaan kepada karyawan yang berskala likert, responden digunakan sebanyak 40 orang karyawan, menggunakan program software SPPS25, analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan validitas, reliabilitas, dan beberapa korelasi regresi linier. teknik pengambilan sampel diperoleh dari sampel responden, teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (2) Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) Budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Pegawai. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Motivasi, Budaya Organisasi dan Kinerja Karyawan.
