Abstract

Fenomena pondok posko di Kabupaten Sorong Selatan merupakan salah satu yang patut untuk diteliti, mengingat jumlah posko pemenangan yang oleh masyarakat papua di Kabupaten Sorong Selatan menyebutnya pondok posko. Pondok posko yang didirikan oleh para pendukung sangat banyak jumlahnya, bahkan melebihi jumlah posko pemenangan dengan dasar perhitungan antara rasio jumlah daftar pemilih tetap dan jumlah posko pemenangan yang biasa di bangun di daerah lain. Keberadaan pondok posko yang hampir ada disetiap kampung yang memiliki daftar pemilih tetap 200 jiwa bisa mencapai 15 sampai 20 pondok posko, artinya setiap posko hanya di kelola oleh 10 orang wajib pilih. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui makna dari fenomena pondok posko sebagai identitas simbolik yang digunakan dalam pilkada Sorong Selatan tahun 2020 oleh pasangan nomor urut 1 Samsudin Anggilully dan Alfons Sesa. Penelitain ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan konstruktif dan menggunakan metode studi fenomenologi yang di fokuskan pada pondok posko pasangan nomor urut 1 Bapak Samsudin Anggiluly dan Bapak Alfons Sesa. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Teori Interaksi Simbolik dari George Herbert Mead dengan tiga kerangka kerja yaitu mind, self dan society. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Dalam hal mind (pikiran) pendukung pasangan Samsudin Anggiluly dan Alfons Sesa tentang interpretasi makna pondok posko bagi pendukung calon nomor urut 1 adalah merupakan bentuk identitas politik dukungan, tempat untuk berkumpul, berdiskusi dalam menyusun strategi, serta pondok posko merupakan sarana untuk melakukan pengawasan dan pergerakan politik dari para pesaing; (2) Interpretasi makna dari konsep diri pendukung pasangan calon nomor urut 1 dalam hal mendirikan pondok posko merupakan bentuk totalitas dukungan, pendukung yang hanya menyatakan dukungannya secara lisan tanpa mendirikan pondok posko atau terlibat dalam struktur kepengurusannya maka belum dianggap sebagai pendukung yang loyal dan setia; (3) Hubungan sosial antara pendukung pasangan calon nomor urut 1 terjalin dengan baik, setiap pondok posko saling membantu dan saling memberikan informasi, begitu juga hubungan dengan masyarakat di lingkungan sekitar pondok posko terjalin hubungan yang baik. hubungan antara pendukung lawan politik tidak terjalin dengan baik, bahkan dalam satu keluarga yang beda pilihan calon juga tidak lagi saling berkomunikasi. (4) fenomena komunikasi politik pondok posko bagi pasangan calon nomor urut 1 dimana simbol warna merah yang digunakan merupakan bentuk simbol perjuangan, pantang menyerah dan memiliki tekat yang kuat. Selain itu, pondok posko merupakan gambaran kemenangan dalam pertarungan politik. Pondok posko juga sebagai simbol kesetian dukungan dari pendukung serta pondok posko sebagai wadah untuk melakukan pengawasan dan pengerakan politik. === Fenomena post hut in South Sorong Regency is one of the patut to beexamined, considering thenumber of winning posts that papuans in South Sorong Regency call it pondok posko. The post huts that areheld by the supporters are very many in number, even exceedingthe number of winning posts on the basis of calculation between the ratio of the number of fixed voter lists and the number of winning posts that are usually built in other regions. Keberadaan pondok posko which almost exists in every village that has a fixed voter list of 200 people can reach 15 to 20 post huts, meaning that each post is only managed by 10 people must choose. This research aims to find out the meaning of the phenomenon of pondok posko as a symbolic identity used in the South Sorong regional elections in 2020 by the number 1 couple Samsudin Anggilully and Alfons Sesa. This penelitain is qualitative research with a constructive approach and uses phenomenological study methods focused on the couple's post hut number 1 Mr. Samsudin Anggiluly and Mr. Alfons Sesa. Data is obtained through interviews, observations and library studies. The theory used in this study is the Theory of Symbolic Interaction of George Herbert Mead with three frameworks namely mind, self and society. The results showed that; (1) In terms of the mind (mind) of the couple supporters Samsudin Anggiluly and Alfons Sesa about the interpretation of the meaning of the post hut for supporters of candidates number 1 is a form of political identity support, a place to gather, discuss in strategizing, and the post hut is a means to conduct surveillance and political movements of the competitors; (2) Interpretation of the meaning of the concept of self- supporting spouse candidate number 1 in terms of setting up a post hut is a form of totality of support, supporters who only express their support orally without establishing a post hut or involved in the management structure then have not been considered as loyal and loyal supporters; (3) The social relationship between the supporters of the candidate's spouse number 1 is well established, each post hut helps each other and provides information to each other, as well as the relationship with the community in the neighborhood of the post office is well established. (4) the phenomenon of political communication of pondok posko for candidates number 1 where the red symbol used is a symbol of struggle, never give up and have a strong determination. In addition, the post hut is a picture of victory in a political fight. Pondok posko is also a symbol of loyalty of support from supporters and pondok posko as a place to conduct political monitoring and mobilization.
