Abstract

ABSTRAK Kota Bekasi kini dihadapkan dengan permasalahan kemacetan terutama di kawasan Jl. Raya Kranggan Wetan–Bekasi merupakan salah satu jalur sibuk dari Bekasi menuju Jakarta dan daerah di sekitarnya. Hal tersebut terjadi karena banyaknya kendaraan yang melalui jalur tersebut yang tidak diimbangi dengan kapasitas jalan tersebut serta tingginya aktifitas hambatan samping. Metode yang diterapkan dalam menganalisis jalan tersebut menggunakan metode Buku Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997. Setelah diadakan penelitian yang dilakukan volume kendaran tertinggi terjadi pada sore hari Sabtu 27 April 2019. Dengan Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) = 0.96, yang artinya tidak memenuhi persyaratan MKJI 1997, selanjutnya penulis mencoba memberikan alternatif pemecahan masalah yang diharapkan dapat membantu instansi dalam memecahkan masalah ruas jalan tersebut. Kata Kunci : Analisa, Simpang Tak Bersinyal, Kinerja Simpang, Volume, Derajat Kejenuhan, Tundaan Lalu Lintas, MKJI 1997 . ABSTRACT The city of Bekasi is now faced with traffic problems. especially in the area of Jl. Raya Kranggan Wetan-Bekasi which is one of the busy lines from Bekasi to Jakarta and the surrounding area. This happens because of the many vehicles that pass through the lane that are not matched by the capacity of the road and the high activity of side barriers. The method applied in analyzing the road uses the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual. After conducting research conducted the highest vehicle volume occurred on the afternoon of Saturday 27 April 2019. With the Degree of Saturation (DS) = 0.96, which means it did not meet the 1997 MKJI requirements, then the writer tries to provide alternative solutions to problems that are expected to help agencies in solving the problem of the road section.
