Abstract

This study aims to examine and assess the effect of Managerial Ownership, Audit Committee, Profitability, and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The population of this research is a manufacturing company of food and beverage industry sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period from 2014 until 2017. The data used in this research is secondary data. Based on purposive sampling method, acquired 10 companies in the sample, so that during the 4 years of observation there were 40 companies that represent the population. The analysis technique used is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis. These results indicate that managerial ownership does not affect the value of the Company and the Audit Committee did not affect the value of the Company, while DER affect the value of the Company and Profitability affect the value of the Company. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengkaji pengaruh Kepemilikan Manajerial, Komite Audit, Profitabilitas, dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2014 sampai dengan tahun 2017. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, diperoleh 10 perusahaan sebagai sampel, sehingga selama 4 tahun pengamatan terdapat 40 perusahaan yang mewakili populasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemilikan Manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan Komite Audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan sedangkan DER berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata kunci : Kepemilikan Manajerial, Komite Audit, Profitabilitas, DER , Nilai Perusahaan.
