Abstract

The construction of vertical housing, especially in urban areas in DKI Jakarta, especially the West Cakung area is a necessity due to limited land for housing and higher demand. Rusunami is a category of houses for multi-storey residential types such as apartments, condos. The purpose of its development is to become a solution for residential needs in densely populated locations in urban areas. With the view that the apartment is a slum area, now the flat is facilitated with adequate and proper facilities. In addition to making the residents of simple flats (Rusunami) can live comfortably, the rusun will prepare complete facilities with basic needs for them to stay. Some public facilities that are required to exist in the flat area include parking lots, sewage, electricity and gas, communication equipment, shopping facilities, health, religious education, the field, to land for farming. Keyword : Vertical Housing, Rusunami, West Cakung Pembangunan hunian vertikal terutama di wilayah perkotaan di DKI Jakarta khususnya daerah Cakung Barat merupakan suatu keharusan akibat terbatasnya tanah untuk perumahan tersebut dan permintaan yang semakin tinggi. Rusunami merupakan kategori rumah untuk tipe hunian bertingkat seperti apartemen, kondominium. Tujuan pembangunannya untuk menjadi solusi kebutuhan hunian dilokasi yang padat penduduk diwilayah perkotaan. Dengan pandangan bahwa rumah susun adalah kawasan kumuh, saat ini rusun sudah difasilitasi dengan fasilitas yang memadai dan layak. Selain itu membuat penghuni rumah susun sederhana milik (Rusunami) dapat tinggal dengan nyaman, pada rusun tersebut akan menyiapkan fasilitas lengkap dengan kebutuhan dasar untuk mereka tetap tinggal. Beberapa fasilitas umum yang wajib ada di area rusun antara lain seperti tempat parkir, saluran limbah, aliran listrik dan gas, alat komunikasi, fasilitas perbelanjaan, kesehatan, pendidikan peribadatan, lapangan, sampai lahan bercocok tanam.
