Abstract

This final project aimsto design a 21 storey hotel building. The system used is a dual system namely the Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK) and the Special Structure Wall System (SDSK) located in the Yogyakarta area with moderate soil conditions. Designing includes structural elements of beam, columns, floor plates, beam-column joints and shear walls. Detailed aspects refer to SNI of Concrete 2847: 2013. The design of this earthquake resistant building refers to the SNI of Earthquake 1726: 2012. While the load follows the ASCE 7-10 and SNI 1727: 2012, the calculated load is dead loads, live loads and earthquake loads. The structure analysis process uses ETABS.9.74 software with 3-dimensional modeling.Structural element design uses the capacitydesign concept. Collapse in cross sections must be determined by reinforcement collapse or underreinforced conditions. The shear reinforcement capacity must be 1.25% greater than the shear reinforcement capacity. Column collapse cannot occur before beam collapse, where column design capacity is 1.2 times greater than beam design capacity. Analysis of structure behavior is carried out in accordance with applicable provisions of SNI 1726: 2012. Earthquake design that is commonly used in earthquake resistant building designs is force based design. This concept uses style as its approach to determine the structure performance or structural performance against damage during an earthquake response.From the results of the design carried out, the beam section, column and floor plate thickness and thickness of the shear wall were obtained. Also reinforcementdetailsof structures floor plate, beams, columns and shear walls.While the results of structural behavior analysis obtained results that meet the requirements including checking fundamental periods that do not experience deviations, that is mode 1 and mode 2 which translation dominant each other in x and y directions above 90 percent, intersections between floors that have exceeded permit values or above 0,02 of the height between the floors, the P-Delta effect does not need to be taken into account because the value does not exceed the stability coefficient or below 0.1, there is an irregularity in the soft level stiffness that is still permitted according to SNI 1727: 2012 requirements, and checking the last analysis is that the frame can carry above 25% lateral force.Keywords: Building Design, Dual Systems, Sliding Walls, Structural Behavior, Reinforcement Details Tugas akhir inibertujuan untuk mendesain bangunan hotel21lantai. Sistem yang digunakan adalah sistem ganda yaituSistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) dan SistemDinding Struktur Khusus (SDSK) yang berlokasi di daerah Yogyakarta dengan kondisi tanah sedang. Pendesainan meliputi elemenstruktur balok, kolom, plat lantai, sambungan balok-kolom dan dindinggeser.Aspek pendetailan mengacu padaSNIBeton 2847:2013. Pendesainan bangunan tahan gempa ini merujuk pada SNIGempa 1726:2012. Sedangkan pembebanan mengikuti ASCE 7-10dan SNI 1727:2012, beban yang diperhitungkan adalah bebanmati, beban hidup dan bebangempa.Proses analisis struktur menggunakan softwareETABS.9.74dengan permodelan 3 dimensi. Desain elemen strukturmenggunakan konsep desain kapasitas. Keruntuhan pada penampangharus ditentukan oleh keruntuhan tulangan ataukondisiunderreinforced. Kapasitas tulangan geser harus lebih besar 1,25fy darikapasitas tulangan geser. Keruntuhan kolom tidak boleh terjadisebelum keruntuhan balok, dimana kapasitas desain kolom lebih besar1,2 kali dari kapasitas desain balok.Dilakukan analisa pengecekan perilaku struktur sesuai dengan ketentuan SNI 1726:2012. Desain gempa yang umum digunakan dalam desain bangunan tahan gempa adalah desain berbasis gaya atau force based design. Konsep ini menggunakan gaya sebagai pendekatannya untuk mengetahui besar kinerja struktur atau performa struktur terhadap kerusakan selama terjadinya respon gempa. Dari hasil pendesainan yang dilakukan, didapatkan penampangbalok, kolom maupun tebal plat lantai dan tebal dinding geser. Juga detail penulangan struktur pelat, balok, kolom dan dinding geser.Sedangkan dari hasil analisa perilaku struktur diperoleh hasil yang memenuhi persyaratan diantaranya yaitu pengecekan perioda fundamental yang tidak mengalami penyimpangan yaitu mode 1 dan mode 2 yang saling dominan translasi pada arah x dan y diatas 90 persen, simpangan antar lantai yang terjadi telah melebihi nilai izin atau diatas 0,02 tinggi antar lantainya, efek P-Deltayang tidak perlu diperhitungkan karena nilainya tidak melebihi koefisien stabilitas atau dibawah 0,1, terjadi satu ketidakberaturanpada kekakuan tingkat lunak yang masih diijinkan menurut persyaratan SNI 1727:2012, dan pengecekan analisa terakhir adalah framedapat memikul diatas25% gaya lateral.
