Abstract

Field analysis is carried out on Sisingamangaraja, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, intersection and unsignalized intersection, which is a traffic lane that applies odd-even number plate traffic systems in the morning and evening, and normal systems apply during the day, with conditions the level of service or congestion on this road is fairly moderate. This study aims to determine the performance of the Sisingamangaraja road and the unsignalized intersection on Hang Tuah road 3. Based on capacity, degree of saturation and level of road service, in addition to being able to evaluate and provide suggestions or solutions. The study was conducted using the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual method (MKJI: 1997) with an analysis of urban roads and unsignalized intersections. The research data was obtained through a direct survey to the field which was carried out according to a schedule that represented the time at a predetermined location. Data obtained in the survey are primary and secondary data as a reference for analysis. From the results of data analysis using MKJI 1997, the highest results of segment performance on odd-even systems with service levels (LOS) -C with DS values of 0.79 and the actual speed of 49.5 km / h, the results above indicate that the traffic conditions on the road at the time the odd-even system is fairly smooth, and for the highest results the segment performance in the normal system has a service level (LOS)-D with a DS value of 0.83 and an actual speed of 46 km / hr. the above results show that the traffic conditions on the road at normal system time are fairly moderate. Results in non-signalized intersections with degree of saturation (DS) 0.79 with service level (LOS) C. From the results of the above research, the performance of sections & unsignalized intersections in odd-even and normal systems is quite smooth and quite effective in reducing congestion in the morning hours and evening (working hours). Analisis atau survei lapangan dilakukan pada ruas dan simpang tak bersinyal jalan Sisingamangaraja, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan, yang merupakan jalur lalu lintas yang berlaku sistem lalu lintas berplat nomor Ganjil – Genap pada pagi dan sore, dan berlaku sistem normal pada siang hari, dengan kondisi tingkat pelayanan atau kemacetan pada jalan ini terbilang sedang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja ruas jalan Sisingamangaraja dan simpang tak bersinyal tepat nya jalan Hang Tuah 3. Dengan berdasarkan kapasitas, derajat kejenuhan dan tingkat pelayanan jalan, selain itu untuk dapat mengevaluasi dan memberikan saran atau solusi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI : 1997) dengan analisis jalan perkotaan dan simpang tak bersinyal. Data penelitian di peroleh melalui survei langsung ke lapangan yang dilakukan sesuai jadwal yang mewakili waktu di lokasi yang sudah ditentukan. Data yang diperoleh dalam survei adalah data primer dan sekunder sebagai acuan analisis. Dari hasil analisis data menggunakan MKJI 1997, diperoleh hasil tertinggi kinerja ruas pada sistem ganjil – genap dengan tingkat peyanan (LOS) - C dengan nilai DS 0,79 dan kecepatan aktual 49.5 km/jam, hasil diatas menunjukkan bahwa kondisi lalu lintas di jalan tersebut pada waktu sistem ganjil – genap terbilang lancar, dan untuk hasil tertinggi kinerja ruas pada sistem normal diperoleh tingkat pelayanan (LOS) – D dengan nilai DS 0.83 dan kecepatan aktual 46 km/jam. hasil diatas menunjukkan bahwa kondisi lalu lintas di jalan tersebut pada waktu sistem normal terbilang sedang. Hasil pada simpang tak bersinyal dengan derajat kejenuhan (DS) 0.79 dengan tingkat pelayanan (LOS) C. Dari hasil penelitian diatas didapat kinerja ruas & simpang tak bersinyal pada sistem ganjil – genap maupun normal, cukup lancar dan cukup efektif dalam mengurangi kemacetan pada jam pagi dan sore (jam kerja). Kata kunci : Kinerja Ruas dan Simpang Tak Bersinyal , Derajat Kejenuhan (DS), Tingkat Pelayanan (LOS).
