Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir, stres kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi karyawan. Populasi yang dijadikan objek dalam penelitian yaitu seluruh karyawan Karyawan Kantor Operasional Asuransi Jiwa Starinvestama. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah berjumlah 40 karyawan. Sampel penelitian untuk populasi 40 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Sampling Jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 21. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh negatif terhadap prestasi karyawan. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi karyawan. Kata Kunci : Pengaruh pengembangan karir, Stres kerja dan Kepemimpinan ABSTRACT The purpose of this reseach are to analyze the effect of career development, job stress and leadership on employee achievement. The population used as the object in the study were all employees of the Operational Office of Starinvestama Life Insurance. The sample used in this research amounted to 40 employees. The research sample for a population of 40 respondents. The sampling method uses Saturated Sampling. Methods of data collection using a survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using SPSS version 21. This study proves that career development has a negative effect on employee performance. Job stress has a positive effect on employee performance.
