Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2015-2018. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 53 perusahaan. Variabel independen adalah kinerja keuangan (Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio), sedangkan variabel dependennya nilai perusahaan (Price Book Value). Data di analisis dengan metode regresi data panel dengan menggunakan software Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Return On Assets (ROA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Nilai Perusahaan, PBV, CR, ROA, DER ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to know the effect of financial performance to the firm value. Population in this study was to all manufacturing companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia during 2015-2018. The study use purposive sampling method in order to collect the sample. There were 53 manufacturing companies that matched with sample. The independent variabels are financial performance (Current Ratio, Retrun On Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio), while the dependent variable is the firm value (Price Book Value). The statistical method used in this study was panel data regression and using Eviews 10. The result of this study showed that Current Ratio (CR) has a positive and un-significant effect on firm value. Return On Asset (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Keywords : firms value, CR, ROA, DER
