Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perputaran kas dan perputaran modal kerja terhadap laba perusahaan. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah 8 perusahaan emiten properti dan real estate tahun 2014-2018. Data diperoleh melalui situs Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id). Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kasual. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Dari metode tersebut diperoleh 8 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria selama tahun pengamatan lima tahun. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan menggunakan tiga pendekatan metode alternatif yaitu common effect, fixed effect, dan random effect, lalu menggunakan pemilihan model chow test dan hausman test serta pengujian menggunakan uji t-statistik dengan aplikasi statistik Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji t-statistik ini menunjukkan bahwa perputaran kas dan perputaran modal kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap laba perusahaan (NPM). Kata Kunci: Perputaran Kas, Perputaran Modal Kerja, Laba Perusahaan (Net Profit Margin), Eviews 10. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of cash turnover and working capital turnover on company profits. The objects in this observation is 8 emiten property and real estate companies in 2014-2018. The data is obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id). The research design used causal research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. From this method there are 8 companies that met the criteria were obtained during the five-year observation. The analysis technique used panel data regression using three alternative method approaches, namely is common effect, fixed effect, and random effect, then use the selection model with chow test and hausman test, and testing using the t-statistic test with the statistic application Eviews 10. The results of the observation using the t-statistic test indicate is cash turnover and working capital turnover have a positive effect and insignificant effect on company profits (NPM).
