Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap kebijakan deviden dan implikasinya terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor kontruksi dan bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2019. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sub sektor kontruksi dan bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu berjumlah 18 perusahaan. Teknik yang digunakan dalam menentukan sampel yaitu purposive sampling, sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 8 perusahaan yang tergabung dalam sub sektor kontruksi dan bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2019. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi Eviews Statistic. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Cash Ratio berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Devidend Payout Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Devidend Payout Ratio, Return On Assets berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Devidend Payout Ratio, Receivable TurnOver berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Devidend Payout Ratio, dan Devidend Payout Ratio berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Tobin’s Q. Kata Kunci: Devidend Payout Ratio, Tobin’s Q, Cash Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets dan Recevable TurnOver. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the effect of financial performance on devidend policy and its implications for company value in the construction and building industry sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2019. The population in this research were all construction and building industry sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which numbered 18 companies. The technique used in determining the sample is purposive sampling, so that the sample in this study amounted to 8 companies incorporated in the construction and building industry sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2019. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Eviews Statistic application. The results of this research indicate that Cash Ratio has a negative and not significant effect on Devidend Payout Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive and not significant effect on Devidend Payout Ratio, Return On Assets has a negative and significant effect on Devidend Payout Ratio, Receivable TurnOver has a negative and not significant effect on Devidend Payout Ratio, and Devidend Payout Ratio has an effect negative and not significant effect on Tobin’s Q. Keywords: Devidend Payout Ratio, Tobin’s Q, Cash Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets dan Recevable TurnOver.
