Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of Dividend Policy, Growht Opportunity, and Asset Turnover on the value of the company in Various Industry companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The research method used is causal research. Sampling using a purposive sampling method. Based on this method, there were 15 companies that met the criteria and a total of 45 companies during the observation period of three years Data analyzed technique using classic assumption test: normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis which shows that dividend policy has no effect on firm value, Growht Opportunity has a significant positive effect on firm value, and Asset Turnover has no effect on firm value Keywords: Dividend Policy, Growht Opportunity, Asset Turnover, Company Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kebijakan Deviden, Growht Opportunity, dan Perputaran Aset terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Aneka Industri di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016 -2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling purposive. Berdasarkan metode tersebut, diperoleh 15 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria dan total 45 perusahaan selama periode pengamatan yaitu tiga tahun. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik : uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji autokorelasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda yang menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan deviden tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, Growht Opportunity berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan Perputaran Asettidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
