Abstract

Pada proyek New Yogyakarta International Airport (NYIA), tower crane bekerja lebih ekstra terutama ketika tower crane tunggal tidak bisa melayani keseluruhan pekerjaan pengangkatan dari semua titik persediaan dan titik kebutuhan, Maka perlu digunakan lebih dari satu tower crane. Semakin banyak tower crane menyebabkan sering terjadinya tabrakan ataupun tumpang tindih antar tower crane. Dari permasalahan tersebut perlu adanya pengoptimalan lokasi tower crane, Dibutuhkan perhitungan keseimbangan beban kerja tower crane serta perbaikan penempatan tower crane karena dapat meminimalisasi durasi penggunaan tower crane, tujuan penelitian ini adalah dengan mengoptimalkan penempatan tower crane yang tepat maka akan meminimalisir biaya operasional tower crane tersebut, karena proyek konstruksi sangat rentan sekali dengan kerugian biaya operasional tower crane. Penelitian ini menggunakan proses pengolahan data dengan bantuan komputer program Microsoft Excel 2016. Metode dalam penelitian ini dengan cara observasi lapangan pada proyek New Yogyakarta International Airport (NYIA). Berdasarkan hasil observasi akan diketahui dari analisis data yang telah dilakukan bahwa penempatan tower crane lebih optimal serta besaran nilai keseimbangan beban kerja lebih baik, yaitu titik koordinat TC1 yang semula pada koordinat di (71;41), TC 2 di (105;72), dan TC 3 di (135,34) setelah dianalisis dengan diperbaharui titik tower crane menjadi TC 1 di (70;46,53), dan TC 2 di (95;65) didapatkan nilai keseimbangan beban kerja (σ) pada titik awal sebesar 35,39 menit, setelah di modifikasi didapatkan nilai keseimbangan beban kerja (σ) sebesar 16,67 menit. Biaya operasional proyek New Yogyakarta International Airport didapatkan dari pehitungan berdasarkan data di lapangan dengan nilai biaya operasional tower crane 1 sebesar Rp. 1.471.979,80 perjam, tower crane 2 sebesar Rp 1.471.979,80 perjam dan tower crane 3 sebesar Rp 1.398.264,90 perjam. More and more tower cranes cause frequent collisions or overlaps between tower cranes. From these problems, it is necessary to optimize the tower crane location. It takes the calculation of the balance of the tower crane workload and the improvement of the tower crane placement because it can minimize the duration of the use of tower cranes. because construction projects are very vulnerable to loss of operational costs of tower cranes. This study uses data processing with the help of Microsoft Excel 2016 computer programs. The method in this research is by field observations on the New Yogyakarta International Airport (NYIA) project. Based on the results of observations will be known from the data analysis that has been carried out that the placement of tower cranes is more optimal and the magnitude of the workload balance value is better, namely the coordinates of TC1 which were originally at coordinates at (71; 41), TC 2 at (105; 72), and TC 3 at (135.34) after being analyzed by renewing the tower crane point to TC 1 at (70; 46.53), and TC 2 at (95; 65) the workload balance (σ) is obtained at the starting point of 35 , 39 minutes, after being modified, the workload balance (σ) was 16.67 minutes. The operational costs of the New Yogyakarta International Airport project are obtained from calculations based on data in the field with the value of the operational costs of tower crane 1 of Rp. 1,471,979.80 per hour, tower crane 2 is Rp 1,471,979.80 per hour and tower crane 3 is Rp 1,398,264.90 per hour.
