Abstract

T. Argo Pantes Tbk, adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri tekstil, pada periode April – Januari 2019 PT. Argo Pantes Tbk memproduksi kain Tetoron Cotton sebanyak 1365 gerobak (box) dengan rata-rata per box 3000 yard kain Tetoron Cotton. Pada rentang waktu tersebut 1365 gerobak (box) yang di produksi terdapat berbagai defect dengan jumlah defect yang mencapai 627 gerobak (box). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Tahap Define menggunakan diagram SIPOC dan identifikasi CTQ menghasilkan penentuan supplier sampai costumer dan keinginan customer dari jenis defect Lipatan. Tahap Measure melakukan pengukuran nilai DPMO dengan rata-rata 45670 dan nilai level sigma dengan rata-rata sebesar 3.22. Tahap Analyze menganalisis akar penyebab defect dengan diagram fishbone yaitu Mesin yang sudah usang. Tahap Improve menganalisis kesalahan penyebab yang terjadi dengan Scoring FMEA dari hasil nilai RPN terbesar dan analisis 5W + 1H dari penyebab Mesin yang sudah usang dengan memberikan usulan perbaikan untuk penggantian mesin atau maintenance mesin. Tahap Control memberikan usulan atau rekomendasi agar perusahaan konsisten terhadap komitmen kualitas perusahaan sehingga permasalahan yang sama tidak terjadi lagi di kemudian hari. Hasil penelitian ini dijadikan sebagai rekomendasi perusahaan bukan sebagai implementasi. Kata kunci : Kualitas, DMAIC, Six Sigma, FMEA, Defect PT. Argo Pantes Tbk. is a company engaged in the textile industry, in the period from April to January 2019 PT. Argo Pantes Tbk. produces 1365 Tetoron Cotton cloth boxes with an average of 3000 yards per box of Tetoron Cotton fabric. In that time span, 1365 boxes were produced with various defects with a total of 627 boxs. The method used in this study uses the DMAIC method (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). The Define stage uses SIPOC diagrams and CTQ identification results in determining suppliers to customers and customer desires of the defect fold type. The Measure Phase measures DPMO values with an average of 45670 and sigma level values with an average of 3.22. Analyze Phase analyzes the root cause of a defect with a fishbone diagram, which is an obsolete machine. Improve Phase analyzes cause errors that occur with FMEA Scoring from the largest RPN value results and 5W + 1H analysis of the causes of outdated Machines by providing proposed improvements for engine replacement or engine maintenance. The Control phase provides recommendations or recommendations so that the company is consistent with the company's quality commitments so that the same problem does not occur again in the future.
