Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Faktor – faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 300 karyawan PT. American Standard Indonesia. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah seluruh populasi yaitu sebanyak 75 karyawan. Metode penarikan samoel menggunakan Propotional Stratified Random Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions versi 21. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Kepuasan, Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the factors that affect employee performance. The population in this study were 300 employees of PT. American Standard Indonesia. The sample used is the entire population as many as 75 employees. The sampling method used was proportional stratified random sampling. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solutions version 21. This study proves that motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance and satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
