Abstract

In the implementation of production and sales process, the smooth implementation of the sales process is something that is expected by a company. Manual data processing systems often lead to many problems in the production monitoring process. Therefore, sales monitoring application at PT United Can company is designed to simplify monitor production process, minimize human error in production process, automate existing transaction process, and ease in ordering for customer. With apps designed for this company, the transaction process can run systematically. In addition, every order production process can be monitored quickly so that reports of production process activities can be made more systematic and clear. Keywords: analysis, design, ordering, sales, monitoring system Dalam pelaksanaan proses produksi dan penjualan, kelancaran pelaksanaan proses penjualan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat diharapkan oleh suatu perusahaan. Sistem pengolahan data secara manual sering kali mengakibatkan banyak masalah dalam proses monitoring produksi. Oleh karena itu, aplikasi monitoring penjualan pada PT United Can company dibuat bertujuan untuk mempermudah monitor proses produksi, meminimalisasi human error pada proses produksi, mengotomatisasi proses transaksi yang ada, dan memudahkan dalam pemesanan bagi pelanggan. Dengan aplikasi yang dirancang untuk perusahaan ini, proses transaksi dapat berjalan secara sistematis. Selain itu, setiap proses produksi order dapat dipantau dengan cepat sehingga laporan kegiatan proses produksi dapat dibuat lebih sistematis dan jelas.
