Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi, Motivasi dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Mitra Buana Gasindo dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 40 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. Mitra Buana Gasindo. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Alat bantu analisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 23.Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungan antara Kompetensi, Motivasi dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel Kompetensi, Motivasi dan Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Mitra Buana Gasindo. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Motivasi, Komunikasi, Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT The main objective of this study is to determine the effect of competence, motivation and communication on employee performance at PT. Mitra Buana Gasindo using a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were 40 employees. The sample in the study were 40 respondents who were employees of PT. Mitra Buana Gasindo. The sampling method uses saturated sampling. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression methods. The analysis tool uses the SPSS version 23 application. The first stage in this study is to test the validity of the questions for each variable along with its reliability. The second stage examines the relationship between competence, motivation and communication on employee performance. The results of this study state that the competency, motivation and communication variables have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT. Mitra Buana Gasindo.
