Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan perawat RS AN-NISA Tangerang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah berjumlah 136 karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 136 responden dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variable beban kerja, kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di RS AN-NISA Tangerang. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan F (Uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (Uji t) juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari tiga variable bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variable beban kerja, kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan perawat RS AN-NISA Tangerang. Kata kunci: Beban Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Kerja This research was conducted to analyze the effect of workload, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance. The object of this research is the nurse staff of AN-NISA Tangerang Hospital. The sample used in the study was 136 employees. This research was conducted on 136 respondents using quantitative descriptive methods. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that partially the workload, work satisfaction and work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at AN-NISA Tangerang Hospital. This is evidenced from the results of the simultaneous F test (F test) and the partial test results (t test) also showed a significant value of three independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore the results of this research test states that there is a simultaneous influence between the variable workload, job satisfaction and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses AN-NISA Hospital Tangerang.
