Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, Dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Studi Pada Marketplace Shopee). Desain penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah klausal untuk mengetahui antar variabel, baik variabel bebas maupun variabel terikat. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dengan populasi seluruh pelanggan yang berbelanja atau yang pernah berbelanja di marketplace shopee yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan menggunakan metode survey dengan instrument penelitian melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian yang telah didapatkan setelah melakukan pengujian Model Uji Hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Produk (X1), Kualitas Pelayanan (X2), Dan Harga (X3) Berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y) (Studi Pada Marketplace Shopee) Kata kunci : Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, Kepuasan Pelanggan ABSTRACT This research aims to test and analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, and price on customer satisfaction (a study on the Shopee marketplace). The research design used by the researcher is a clause to determine between variables, both independent and dependent variables. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. Respondents in this study were 100 respondents with a population of all customers who shop or have shopped at the shopee marketplace, whose number is unknown. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using survey methods with research instruments through questionnaires. The results of the research that have been obtained after testing the Hypothesis Testing Model show that Product Quality (X1), Service Quality (X2), and Price (X3) have a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) (Study on the Shopee Marketplace) Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality, Price, Customer Satisfaction
