Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengarauh profitabilitas,struktur aktiva dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2019. Teknik pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan didapatkan 10 perusahaan yang sesuai dengan kriteria. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dan bantuan software Eviews 9.0 dan didapatkan R square sebesar 96,50% secara persial menunjukan bahwa variabel profitabilitas yang diperoksikan oleh ROA dan Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal sedangkan struktur aktiva tidak berpenaruh terhadap struktur modal Kata Kunci: Profitabilitas, Struktur Aktiva, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Struktur Modal ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, asset structure and company size on capital structure. The object of this research is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016- 2019. The sample selection technique in this study using purposive sampling method and obtained 10 companies that match the criteria. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis and the help of Eviews 9.0 software and it is obtained that the R square is 96.50% partially showing that the profitability variable which is indicated by ROA and company size has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure while the asset structure has no effect. to the capital structure.
