Abstract

Temperatur reactor chamber mesin pelebur plastik dipengaruhi material bahan yang akan digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan material penghantarkan panas yang baik supaya dapat meleburkan plastik pada temperatur 200 °C, penelitian dilakukan dengan metode, simulasi termal berbasis solidworks 2014. Material yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu stainless AISI 304, besi Astm A83, tembaga CU type C1. Temperatur pada simulasi termal material tembaga dalam waktu 10 menit sebesar 201 ℃, material stainless AISI 304 sebesar 195 ℃, material besi sebesar 194 ℃. Kata Kunci: Temperatur, Reactor Chamber, Simulasi Solidworks 2014, Mesin Pelebur Plastik. The temperature of the reactor chamber of the plastic melting machine is influenced by the material to be used. This study aims to determine good heat transfer material so that plastic can melt at 200 ° C, the research was conducted with a thermal simulation method based on solidworks 2014. The materials used in this study were stainless AISI 304, iron Astm A83, copper CU type C1 . The temperature in the thermal simulation of copper material in 10 minutes is 201 ℃ , stainless steel material AISI 304 is 195 ℃ , iron material is 194 ℃ .
