Abstract

The organization is a consciously coordinated social unit, consisting of more than two individuals, and functions on a relatively continuous basis in order to achieve one or a series of common goals, so an institution or company needs Management and with good quality Human Resources. And in this study aims to determine and provide in-depth analysis related to the relationship between Happiness at Work and Empowering Leadership with Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Employees During the Covid-19 Pandemic, which is the subject of this study. By using incidental sampling, this research data was then processed using the SPSS application version 24.0 and obtained 171 respondents who were employees affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic at PT. UT Jakarta and Employees at the Office of Maritime Affairs, Fisheries and Livestock in Tegal Regency. Based on the results of data processing in this study, it was found that Happiness at Work has a significant correlation with Organizational Citizenship Behavior of 0.261. And Empowering Leadership has a significant correlation of 0.221 with Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Keywords : Happiness at Work, Empowering Leadership, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior ==== Organisasi merupakan sebuah unit sosial yang dikoordinir secara sadar, terdiri atas lebih dari dua individu, dan berfungsi dalam suatu dasar yang relatif terus menerus guna mencapai satu atau serangkaian tujuan bersama, maka lembaga atau perusahaan membutuhkan Managemen dan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dengan kualitas yang baik. Dan dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta memberikan analisis mendalam terkait hubungan Happiness at Work dan Empowering Leadership dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Karyawan atau Pegawai Ketika Masa Pandemic Covid-19 yang menjadi subjek pada penelitian ini. Dengan menggunakan sampling incidental, data penelitian ini kemudian diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 24.0 dan diperoleh 171 responden yang merupakan karyawan terdampak Pandemic Covid-19 di PT. UT Jakarta dan Pegawai di Dinas Kelautan, Perikanan dan Peternakan Kabupaten Tegal. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa Happiness at Work memiliki korelasi yang signifikan dengan Organizational Citizesnhip Behavior sebesar 0,261, Empowering Leadership memiliki korelasi signifikan sebesar 0,221 dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
