Abstract
This purpose of the research is to determine the effect of Institutional Ownership,Managerial Ownership, Profitability, and Company Size on Financial Distress in manufacture companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange which publish financial report year 2013-2017. The sample was taken by using purposive sampling method so that obtained by 42 companies that qualified as sample. Methods of data collection using documentation method. Data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative analysis, therefore analysis used statistical analysis in the form of logistic regression test. The results of this study indicate that the variable of Institutional Ownership has a negative effect on Financial Distress. Managerial Ownership have no negative effect on Financial Distress. Profitability has a positive effect on Financial Distress. Company Size have no effect on Financial Distress. Keywords: Institutional Ownership , Managerial Ownership, Profitability (ROA) Company Size, Financial Distress. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemilika institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan terhadap Financial Distress pada perusahaan manufaktur. Objek peneitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang mempublikasikan laporan keuanga tahun 2013-2017. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 42 perusahaan yang memenuhi syarat sebagau sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, karena itu analisis yang digunakan analisis statistic dalam bemtuk uji regresi logistic. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variable kepemilikan Institusional Berpengaruh Negatif terhadap Financial Distress Kepemilikan Manajerial berpengaruh negative terhadap Financial Distress. Profitabilitas (ROA) berpengaruh positif terhadap Financial Distress. Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Financial Distress. Kata Kunci : Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Profitabilitas (ROA), Ukuran Perusahaan, Financial Distress.
