Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Intellectual Capital, Leverage, Profitability, and Firm Size on Firm value, an empirical study of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector registered in BEI the period of 2015 - 2018. The independent variables studied are Intellectual Capital, Leverage, Profitability and Size Companies with firm value as the dependent variable. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method. The data used in this study are secondary and quantitative data in the form of financial statements during 2015 - 2018 while the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Statistics version 25 as a data processing tool. The results of the study concluded that Intellectual Capital had a negative effect on firm value, Profitability and Firm Size had a positive effect on firm value, while Leverage had no effect on firm value. Keywords: Intellectual Capital, Leverage, Profitability, Company Size, Firm value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Intellectual Capital, Leverage, Profitabilitas, dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, studi empiris pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015 – 2018. Variabel independen yang diteliti adalah Intellectual Capital, Leverage, Profitabilitas dan Ukuran Perusahaan dengan nilai perusahaaan sebagai variabel dependennya. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dan bersifat kuantitatif berupa laporan keuangan selama 2015 – 2018 sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS Statistic versi 25 sebagai alat pengolah data. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Intellectual Capital berpengaruh negative terhadap nilai perusahaan, Profitabilitas dan Ukuran Perusahaan mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Leverage tidak berpengaruh pada nilai perusahaan.
