Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Discipline, Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. SLS Bearindo. The object of this research is the employees of PT. SLS Bearindo in Jakarta. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample with a total sample population of 64 respondents. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This study proves that work discipline, motivation and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an R square adjusted value of 50.9% while 49.1% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Work Discipline, Motivation, Compensation, Employee PerformancePenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. SLS Bearindo. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. SLS Bearindo di Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh dengan total populasi sampel yaitu 64 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Disiplin kerja, Motivasi dan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai R square adjusted sebesar 50.9% sedangkan 49.1% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi, Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan
