Abstract

This practical work report contains methods for implementation installation of Geoforce Segmental Retaining Wall for extention to the Tahang I Bridge Project located in Pantai Indah Kapuk 2, Kosambi district, Tangerang City, Banten Province. PT. Kukuh Mandiri Lestari, as the owner gave the assignment to PT. Geoforce Indonesia, as the main contractor to build Geoforce Segmental Retaining Wall which is useful for the continuation of the construction of the bridge. The method that used in this report are observation method, interview method, descriptive method, and analys method. Implementation method of assembly geoforce segmental retaining wall are includes fabrication area preparation, installation of square pile , install levelling pad, implementation of fabric filter, landfilling, implementation of strength, hoarding reinforcement and compaction. Selection of retaining walls segmental and reinforced with square pile because after testing land power support testing is included in soft soil. Installation of sitepile as a retaining wall is felt cannot be done on soft soil if deemed necessary, it requires more depth. Keywords : Implementation method, retaining wall, compaction Laporan kerja praktik ini berisi tentang pembangunan Geoforce Segmental Retaining Wall yang berupa perpanjangan pada Proyek Jembatan Tahang I yang bertempat di Kawasan Pantai Indah Kapuk 2, Kecamatan Kosambi, Kota Tangerang, Provinsi Banten. PT. Kukuh Mandiri Lestari, selaku owner memberikan tugas kepada PT. Geoforce Indonesia, Selaku Kontraktor utama untuk membangun dinding penahan tanah segmental yang berguna untuk penerusan pembangunan jembatan utama yang sudah jadi . Metode yang digunakan dalam laporan ini adalah metode observasi, metode wawancara, metode deskriptif, dan metode analisis. Metode pelaksanaan pemasangan Geoforce Segmental Retaining Wall meliputi persiapan area fabrikasi, pemasangan square pile, pemasangan leveling pad, implementasi filter kain, implementasi kekuatan, penimbunan dan pemadatan. Pemilihan Geoforce Segmental Retaining Wall dan diperkuat dengan square pile karena setelah dilakukan pengujian daya dukung tanah termasuk pada tanah lunak. Pemasangan sitepile sebagai dinding penahan tanah dirasa tidak bisa dilakukan pada tanah lunak jika dirasa perlu, maka memerlukan kedalaman yang lebih. Kata Kunci : Metode Pelaksanaan, Dinding Penahan Tanah dan Pemadatan
