Abstract

Peringkat obligasi merupakan salah satu yang harus dipertimbangkan oleh investor sebelum melakukan investasi obligasi. Hal ini dikarenakan peringkat obligasi memberikan pernyataan yang informatif dan memberikan sinyal mengenai probabilitas kegagalan utang suatu perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan ulang penelitian mengenai faktor yang mempengaruhi peringkat obligasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Leverage, Likuiditas, Profitabilitas Dan Maturity Terhadap Peringkat Obligasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan korporasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2014 – 2018 dan diperingkat oleh PT Pefindo. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Diperoleh sebanyak 123 sampel obligasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi logistik ordinal.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel leverage, profitabilitas dan maturity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peringkat obligasi, sedangkan likuiditas tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peringkat obligasi. Kata Kunci : leverage, likuiditas, profitabilitas, maturity, peringkat obligasi Bond rating is one of things that should be considered by investors before making an investment bond. This is caused that bond ratings are informative and give a probability signaling of a company's debt failure. Therefore, it is necessary to re-study of factors that affect to bond ratings. This research aims to review the influence of leverage, liquidity, profitability and maturity to bond ratings. In the entire household sample been disclosed in the research this is a company of a corporation that is to that it is listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange ( BEI ) in the year 2014 – 2018 and rated the by pt local rating company PT Pefindo. Uses the method purposive sample were selected in the sampling method. Obtained a total of 123 sample bonds .Data analysis was conducted using ordinal logistic regression analysis. The result of the research indicated that the leverage on this fact , significant impact on profitability and bond rating of maturity , while it does not affect liquidity significantly to bond rating.
