Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas, profitabilitas, Struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini digolongkan pada penelitian yang kausal. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari www.idx.co.id. Pemilihan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel penelitian ini adalah 30 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis dengan regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program Eviews 9. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, Profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, struktur modal berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Struktur Modal, Nilai Perusahaan The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, capital structure on the value of the consumer goods industry sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is classified as causal research. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. Sample selection with purposive sampling method. The number of companies sampled in this study were 30 companies. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests and hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression using the help of the Eviews 9 program. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has no effect on firm value, profitability has no effect on firm value, capital structure has an effect on firm value.
