Abstract

Pengukuran kinerja supply chain pada perusahaan merupakan tolak ukur untuk pencapaian peusahaan dalam keberhasilan supply chain nya. PT. EJI merupakan jasa percetakan merchandise yang tidak memiliki mesin cetak untuk produksinya, PT. EJI memanfaatkan teknologi dalam operasional nya. PT. EJI belum pernah melakukan pengukuran kinerja secara menyeluruh. Masalah yang sering dialami yaitu keterlambatan pengiriman barang yang tidak sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan. Tujuan daripada penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengukuran kinerja manajemen rantai pasok dan memberikan alternatif atas pengukuran kinerja terhadap PT. EJI. Metode yang digunakan adalah SCOR Model yang terdiri dari 4 kriteria performance dan setiap atributnya terdiri atas 1 metrik level yaitu Reliability, Responsiveness, Cost dan Assets. Hasil perhitungan metrik level 1 yang diperoleh yaitu Reliability dengan Prosentase POF Actual : 90% ; B2C : 80% ; dan B2B : 94%, Responsiveness dengan besaran OFCT dapat dihitung dengan rataan jumlah hari yang dibutuhkan. Nilai OFCT (Hari) Actual : 10 ; B2C : 4 ; dan B2B 9, Cost dengan besaran prosentase margin rerata 31%, Assets dengan besaran nilai CTCCT memiliki nilai rerata CTCCT pada PT. EJI. Actual (Hari) : 17 ; B2C (Hari) : 11 ; B2B (Hari) : 14. Selanjutnya dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai dari pada proses deliver adalah 80.0 yang mana jika dibandingkan dengan metrik lainnya yaitu make 99.0 dan source 95.0 masih tergolong rendah, akan tetapi bisa dilakukan improvement agar dapat mencapai tujuan perusahaan memberikan pelayanan terbaik. Kata Kunci : SCOR Model, Supply Chain Performance, Pengukuran Kinerja, Percetakan Merchandise The measurement of supply chain performance in company is a benchmark for achieving the comany successfully of supply chain. PT. EJI is a merchandise printing service that doesn’t have printing machine to produce goods, PT. EJI utilizes technology in their operations. PT. EJI has never taken measurement in performance measurement. The problem that is often delay in shipping goods that aren’t accordance with a schedule time. The purpose of this study to provide an alternative solution to the problem after knowing the measurement along with suggestion from measurement activities on supply chain management PT. EJI. Method that use to is SCOR Model which is consist of 4 performance criteria and each attribute consist of 1 metric level specifically Reliability, Responsiveness, Cost and Assets. Calculation results from Realibility with precentage POF Actual : 90% ; B2C : 80% ; and B2B : 94%, Responsiveness with value of OFCT can calculate by the average number of days needed. Actual OFCT (Days) : 17 ; B2C (Days) : 11 ; B2B (Days) : 14. Cost with an average precentage margin of 31%. Assets with the average value CTCCT have an average Actual (Days) : 17 ; B2C (Days) : 11 ; B2B (Days) : 14. Further from this results it can be concluded that value of the deliver process is 80.0 whic is when compared to other metrics , make 99.0 and source 95.0 is still low, but improvement can be done in order to achieve the company’s goal to providing the best service.
