Abstract

Karya tulis ini merupakan hasil kegiatan penulis dalam merancang dan membuat suatu alat laboratorium, yaitu Pesawat Centrifuge Berbasis Arduino uno. Pesawat ini digunakan untuk memisahkan zat-zat yang memiliki berat molekul yang berbeda, pada darah partikel-partikel didalam darah akan dipisahkan menjadi dua bagian yaitu plasma dan serum. Pesawat Centrifuge dengan rangkaian yang dikontrol oleh Arduino uno dan ditambah dengan rangkaian penunjang lainnya yang terdiri dari rangkaian pengendali kecepatan putaran motor, sensor kecepatan motor, rangkaian keypad, rangkaian lampu indikator, dan rangkaian display dengan menggunakan LCD. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai dengan tujuan penulisan, maka dalam hal ini penulis menggunakan metode, yaitu: studi kepustakaan, perancangan, dan pembuatan rangkaian, kemudian melakukan pengujian dan pendataan pada modul rangkaian, sehingga menunjang penyusunan karya tulis ini. Kata kunci : Lab, Centrifuge, Pengendali Kecepatan Motor, Arduino Uno This paper is the result of the activities of the author in designing and making a laboratory instrument, namely the Plane Centrifuge Based on Arduino uno. This aircraft is used to separate substances that have different molecular weights, in the blood the particles in the blood will be separated into two parts, namely plasma and serum. Centrifuge aircraft with circuits controlled by Arduino uno and added with other supporting circuits consisting of a series of motor rotation speed controllers, motor speed sensors, keypad circuits, indicator light circuits, and display circuits using LCD. To get results that are in accordance with the purpose of writing, then in this case the author uses the method, namely: literature study, design, and making a series, then perform testing and data collection on the circuit module, so as to support the preparation of this paper.
