Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai pengaruh apa saja yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada Badan Pertanahan Nasional Wilayah Jakarta Barat. Variabel independen yang didapatkan dari hasil survei pendahuluan adalah Kompetensi, Keadilan Organisasi, dan kepuasan Kerja. Sedangkan variabel dependen yang didapatkan adalah Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM dan pengolahan data menggunakan PLS. Populasinya adalah karyawan pada Badan Pertanahan Negara wilayah Jakarta Barat, dengan sampel 90 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Sampel jenuh. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Persepsi Harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta Citra Merek berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kompetensi, Keadilan Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Badan Pertanahan Negara wilayah Jakarta Barat. This study aims to discuss what influences affect employee performance at the West Jakarta National Land Agency. The independent variables obtained from the preliminary survey results are Competence, Organizational Fairness, and Job Satisfaction. While the dependent variable obtained is Employee Performance. This study uses SEM data analysis techniques and data processing using PLS. The population is employees at the West Jakarta State Land Agency, with a sample of 90 respondents. The sampling technique used saturated samples. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that competency has a significant positive effect on employee performance, price perception has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and brand image has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
