Abstract

Title : Work Analysis & Satisfaction of Passanger Services to Trans JakartaBus (route BKN – Terminal Depok). Name: Edy, NIM: 41114010001., Supervisor Lecturer : Ir. Zaenal Arifin.,MT, 2019 As the population grows and the economic level of Depok and Jakarta cities makes the movement of people increas. Provision of mass transit or APTB Trasnjakarta bus is needed to anticipate the congestion that will occur by providing a cheap, fast and safe bus can be an alternative. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research to assess the performance and quality of service to know how much level of passenger satisfaction to services performance Transjakarta bus route BKN-Terminal Depok. From the analysis of the results of the Questionnairies with reference to 5 dimensions of service levels that can be from Transjakarta Bus users route BKN-Terminal Depok which states the performance of Bus Transjakarta is Very Good (VB), equal to 9.87 %, Good (G) is 27.47%; Good enough (GE) gained of 45.13%. Less Good (LG) gained 16.33% and Not Good (NG) obtained by 1.2%. This research is expected to be a reference or as consideration government of Tangerang and Jakarta in taking a policy, so the performance and service of Transjakarta bus is increasing for reducing congestion in Depok and Jakarta city. Zaenal Arifin.,MT, 2019 Seiring berkembangnya penduduk dan tingkat ekonomi kota Depok dan Jakarta membuat pergerakan masyarakat di dalamnya meningkat. Penyediaan angkutan massal atau APTB bus Trasnjakarta sangatlah diperlukan guna mengantisipasi kemacetan yang akan terjadi dengan menyediakan tipe bus yang murah, cepat dan aman ini bisa menjadi alternatif. Oleh karena itu perlu di lakukan penelitian untuk menilai kinerja dan kualitas pelayanan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kepuasan penumpang terhadap pelayanan kinerja Bus Transjakarta rute BKN – Terminal Depok. Dari analisis hasil kuisoner dengan mengacu 5 dimensi mengenai tingkat pelayanan yang di dapat dari pengguna Bus Transjakarta rute BKN – Terminal Depok, yang menyatakan kinerja Bus TransJakarta Sangat Baik (SB) di dapat sebesar 9.87 %, kemudian yang menjawab Baik (B) didapat sebesar 27.47% ; Cukup Baik (CB) didapat sebesar 45.13%. Kurang Baik (KB) didapat sebesar 16.33 % dan Tidak Baik (TB) didapat sebesar 1.2 %. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi referensi atau bahan pertimbangan Pemerintah kota Tangerang dan Jakarta untuk mengambil sebuah kebijakan agar kinerja dan pelayanan bus Transjakarta semakin meningkat dalam mengurangi kemacetan di kota Depok dan Jakarta.
