Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi, dan Motivasi terhadap Turnover Intention studi pada tenaga pengajar LKP AHA SMART. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada LKP AHA SMART sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 56 responden dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kausal. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk pengujian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji instrumen dalam bentuk uji validasi dan uji reliabilitas. Dengan menggunakan software Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3.0. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, motivasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Sehingga kesimpulannya kompensasi, motivasi, dan konflik berpengaruh sebesar 61,7% terhadap turnover intention pada tenaga pengajar di LKP AHA SMART. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Motivasi, Konflik, Turnover Intention. This study aims to analyze the effect of Compensation, Motivation, and Conflict on Turnover Intention studies on LKP AHA SMART. The subjects in this study were all employees at LKP AHA SMART. The number of samples used was 56 respondents using a causal research design. The analysis technique used for this test is descriptive analysis and test instruments in the form of validation and reliability tests. By using Partial Least Square (PLS) software version 3.0. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, motivation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, conflict of position has a positive and significant effect. The conclusion is compensation, motivation, and conflict have an effect 61,7% to turnover intention in teacher on LKP AHA SMART. Keywords : Compensation, Motivation, Conflict, Turnover Intention
