Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, pengembangan karir dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 karyawan PT. Fresnel Pedana Mandiri. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 40 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan sampel jenuh. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probality sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Population in this research is 40 employees of PT. Fresnel Perdana Mandiri. The sample used is 40 employees, calculated based on a saturated sample. The sampling method uses a non-probality sampling. The Methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The career develompment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance.
