Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Pengalaman Mengajar terhadap Mutu Pendidikan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMK Tri Arga 2. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah semua populasi sebanyak 35 guru. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan mengambil seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di SMK Tri Arga 2. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Mutu Pendidikan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Mutu Pendidikan. Sedangkan Pengalaman Mengajar tidak berpengaruh terhadap mutu pendidikan. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Pengalaman Mengajar, Mutu Pendidikan This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, work discipline, teaching experience on education quality. The population in this study were all teachers of SMK Tri Arga 2. The sample used was all populations of 35 teachers. The sampling method used was saturated samples by taking all employees who worked at SMK Tri Arga 2. The data collection method used the survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). This study proves that the work environment has a significant effect on the quality of education. Work discipline has a significant effect on the quality of education.
