Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Jala Niaga Elok (JNE) Divisi Customer Service. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah hubungan kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Objek pada penelitian adalah karyawan PT. Jala Niaga Elok (JNE) Divisi Customer Service. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 50 responden dengan metode sampling jenuh. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan cara menganalisa data melalui aplikasi Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signikfikan terhadap turnover intention, sedangkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Oleh karena itu, asumsi yang diterima adalah dua variabel independen yang mendukung hipotesis dan satu variabel independen yang tidak mendukung hipotesis Kata kunci : Stres Kerja, Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Turnover Intention Karyawan This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress, compensation, and job satisfaction on employee turnover intentions of PT. Jala Niaga Elok (JNE) Customer Service Division. The type of research used is a causal relationship with a quantitative approach. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Jala Niaga Elok (JNE) customer service. The research sample consisted of 50 respondents with saturated sampling methods. The sampling technique in this study was a questionnaire. The data source used is primary data. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis by analyzing data through the Partial Least Square (PLS) application with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, compensation has a negative and not significant effect on turnover intention, while job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Therefore, the assumptions accepted are two independent variables that support the hypothesis and one independent variable that does not support the hypothesis.
