Abstract

PT XYZ is a two-wheeled automotive company that always develops its competence. One of them is by developing competence in terms of compliance with Hazardous Material regulations from Europe. Of course this will have an impact on suppliers to immediately implement and develop in the same direction as PT XYZ. Assessment of supplier performance on aspects of regulation compliance has a less than appropriate performance. The method used in this study is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) which is used to determine the weight of the criteria of each supplier and Taguchi Loss Function which is used to calculate the loss function of each supplier. This assessment process is conducted to find suppliers that meet the criteria of PT XYZ. The criteria used are Submission Control, Already Socialization, Audit Visit, Test Results, Basic Information Check, Chemical Information Check. Keywords: Supplier Performance Evaluation, Compliance Regulation, Analytical Hierarchy Process, Taguchi Loss Function PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan otomotif roda dua yang selalu mengembangkan kompetensinya. Salah satunya dengan mengembangkan kompetensi dalam hal pemenuhan regulasi Hazardous Material dari Eropa. Tentu saja hal ini akan berdampak pada supplier-supplier untuk segera melakukan implementasi dan pengembangan ke arah yang sama dengan PT XYZ. Penilaian performa supplier terhadap aspek regulation compliance memiliki kinerja yang kurang sesuai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) yang digunakan untuk menentukan bobot kriteria dari masing-masing supplier dan Taguchi Loss Function yang digunakan untuk menghitung loss function dari masing-masing supplier. Proses penilaian ini dilakukan untuk mencari supplier yang memenuhi kriteria dari PT XYZ. Adapun kriteria yang digunakan adalah Submission Control, Sudah Sosialisasi, Visit Audit, Hasil Test, Basic Information Check, Chemical Information Check. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi Performa Supplier, Regulation Compliance, Analytical Hierarchy Process, Taguchi Loss Function.
