Abstract
PT. Roda Prima Lancar is one of the manufacturing companies engaged in the automotive sector in Indonesia, the products produced are motorcycle spare parts. Link Eng Hanger K81 is one of the products under the standard of two Honda Beat motors. Link Products Eng Hanger K81 is one of the highest number of products, so the right quality meter is needed. The purpose of this study is to analyze ways to reduce defects in the product Link Eng Hanger K81 at PT. Prima Prima Wheel. By using the Define, Measure, Analyze, Increase, Control (DMAIC) method. In the Define stage a description of the types of defects is carried out and CTQ (Critical to Quality) is provided on the Link Eng Hanger K81 product. CTQ for the four Link Eng Hanger K81 products was obtained. At the measurement stage, measurements are taken before the repairs consist of the DPMO average, and the DPMO average for the Link Eng Hanger K81 product is 77840 and the SQL value (Sigma Quality Level) is 3.0 sigma. Then the Yield calculation is carried out to determine the limitations of products that are not defective in the inspected part, and obtained an average Yield percentage of 74%. Analyzing is done by determining the priority of CTQ by making a Pareto diagram and looking for the causes of defects in the product Link Eng Hanger K81. Based on the Pareto diagram, the research focuses on improving 1 type of defect, which is a type of welded defect, then search for the causes of defects using the Fishbone diagram. After being known to cause an increase in defects, improvements were made using the Failure Effect Mode and Analysis (FMEA), the highest Priority Number Risk (RPN) was obtained, namely 84 on the lack of engine maintenance, and the recommended actions provided related to the daily machine checksheet creation for operators. The next stage is control, at this stage quality control is carried out in the form of support carried out supervision for the welding process from welding assy 1-2 to the next and QC checks on the results of the production process as a whole. Roda Prima Lancar adalah salah satu perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak pada bidang otomotif di Indonesia, produk yang dihasilkan adalah produk spare part motor. Link Eng Hanger K81 adalah salah produk yang ada dibawah dekat standar dua motor Honda Beat. Produk Link Eng Hanger K81 merupakan salah satu produk dengan jumlah yang paling tinggi, maka dibutuhkan analisa pengendalian kualitas yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa bagaiman cara mengurangi produk cacat pada produk Link Eng Hanger K81 di PT. Roda Prima Lancar. Dengan menggukan metode Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC). Pada tahap Define dilakukan pembuatan deskripsi jenis defect dan CTQ (Critical to Quality) yang terdapat pada produk Link Eng Hanger K81. CTQ untuk produk Link Eng Hanger K81 diperoleh sebanyak empat buah. Pada tahap Measure dilakukan pengukuran performansi sebelum perbaikan berupa rata-rata DPMO, dan didapatlah rata-rata DPMO pada produk Link Eng Hanger K81 sebesar 77840 dan didapatlah rata - rata nilai SQL (Sigma Quality Level) sebesar 3.0 sigma. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan Yield untuk mengetahui besarnya probabilitas produk yang tidak cacat pada part yang diinspeksi, dan didapatlah rata-rata persentase Yield yaitu sebesar 74%. Pada tahap Analyze dilakuakn penentuan prioritas CTQ dengan membuat diagram Pareto dan mencari penyebab terjadinya cacat pada produk Link Eng Hanger K81. Berdasarkan diagram pareto, penelitian fokus memperbaiki 1 jenis defect yaitu jenis defect welding bolong, lalu dicarilah faktor-faktor penyebab defect tersebut menggunakan Fishbone diagram. Setelah diketahui penyebab terjadinya defect, dilakukan tahap Improve dengan menggunakan Failure Mode Effect and Analysis (FMEA), didapatlah nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) yang paling tinggi yaitu sebesar 84 pada kurang perawatan mesin, dan recommended action yang diberikan berupa usulan untuk pembuatan checksheet harian mesin untuk operator. Tahap selanjutnya adalah tahap Control, pada tahap ini dilakukan pengendalian kualitas dalam bentuk pemberian usulan berupa melakukan pengawasan untuk perpindahan proses dari assy welding 1-2 hingga selanjutnya dan melakukan pengecekan QC pada hasil proses produksi secara berkala.
