Abstract
Six Sigma is a new management tool used to replace Total Quality Management, very focused on quality control by exploring the entire production system. It has the goal of eliminating production defects, cutting product manufacturing time, and eliminating costs. Six Sigma holistic approach to problem solving and process improvement through the DMAIC phase (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). DMAIC is the heart of six sigma analysis which ensures the voice of the customer runs throughout the entire process so that the resulting product satisfies the customer. PT. Multi Hidrachrome Industri, one of its products, namely Cylinder Hydraulic Bucket, was damaged in the target and the number of defects exceeded the provisions, therefore this study aims to achieve production targets, due to defects that have been determined by the company with variations in the production process using the Six Sigma (DMAIC) method. and improve the quality of the product. Then for process analysis, problem problems and defect grouping using FMEA, Pareto Diagram and Fishbone. Keywords: Six sigma, DMAIC, Diagram Pareto, FMEA \ Six Sigma adalah suatu alat manajemen baru yang digunakan untuk mengganti Total Quality Management, sangat terfokus terhadap pengendalian kualitas dengan mendalami sistem produksi perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Memiliki tujuan untuk, menghilangkan cacat produksi, memangkas waktu pembuatan produk, dan mehilangkan biaya. Six Sigma merupakan pendekatan menyeluruh untuk menyelesaikan masalah dan peningkatan proses melalui fase DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). DMAIC merupakan jantung analisis six sigma yang menjamin voice of costumer berjalan dalam keseluruhan proses sehingga produk yang dihasilkan memuaskan pelanggan. PT. Multi Hidrachrome Idustri yang salah satu produknya yaitu Cylinder Hydraulic Bucket mengalami kendala dalam pencapaian target dan jumlah defect yang melebihi ketentuan, karena itu dengan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencapai target produksi, menekan hasil defect yang sudah ditentukan perusahaan dengan pengurangan variasi proses produksi menggunakan metode Six sigma (DMAIC) dan meningkatkan kualitas dari produk tersebut. kemudian untuk analysis proses, identifikasi masalah dan pengelompokan produk defect menggunakan FMEA, Diagram Pareto dan Fishbone.
