Abstract

In the current economic development, a company must be able to compete with other companies. PT. Argo Pantes Tbk. is a company that running in textile industry, producing yarn from natural cotton or a mixture of cotton with polyester, greige fabric to finished fabric. One of the policies taken was to increase production capacity at PT. Argo Pantes Tbk. either by adding machines or increasing output on existing machines while maintaining product quality. In this study, measurements of the increasing output on machines at PT. Argo Pantes Tbk. is by using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method. The OEE method is the best way to identify process performance and look for parts of the highest point or low effectiveness of the machine. To get the percentage value of OEE, multiplication is needed from the results of the Availability, Performance, and Quality ratios. The total calculation results in April 2017 for Overall Equipment Effectiveness of PT. Argo Pantes Tbk. is 58.69%, for the average value of the percentage, 93.44%, for the average value the Availability ratio of the percentage value, 64.28% for the average value in the ratio Performance value of the percentage, and for the average value the Quality ratio of the percentage value is 76.82%. The Six Big Losses factor that influences the low effectiveness of the KYOTO L-BOX machine is known by the analysis of Fishbone Diagram, namely Reduce Speed Losses with the results of 82.59% Keywords: Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Ratio, Availability, Performance, Quality, Six Big Losses, Reduce Speed Losses Dalam perkembangan perekonomian saat ini, suatu perusahaan harus mampu bersaing dengan perusahaan lain. PT. Argo Pantes Tbk. merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri tesktil terpadu, memproduksi benang dari kapas alam atau campuran kapas dengan poliester, kain greige hingga kain jadi. Salah satu kebijakan yang di ambil adalah meningkatkan kapasitas produksi di PT. Argo Pantes Tbk. Baik dengan melakukan penambahan mesin maupun melakukan peningkatan output pada mesin-mesin yang sudah ada dengan tetap menjaga kualitas produknya. Pada penelian ini, pengukuran peningkatan output pada mesin-mesin pada PT. Argo Pantes Tbk. Adalah dengan menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Metode OEE merupakan cara terbaik untuk mengidentifikasi performansi proses dan mencari pada bagian mana titik tertinggi atau rendahnya efektivitas dari mesin. Untuk mendapatkan nilai persentase OEE dibutuhkan perkalian dari hasil rasio Availability, performance, dan Quality. Total hasil perhitungan pada bulan April 2017 untuk Overall Equipment Effectiveness pada PT. Argo Pantes Tbk. memiliki nilai rata – rata presentase nya ialah sebesar 58,69%, untuk nilai rata – rata rasio Availability nilai presentasenya ialah sebesar 93,44%, untuk nilai rata – rata pada rasio Performance nilai presentasenya ialah sebesar 64,28%, dan untuk nilai rata – rata rasio Quality nilai presentasenya ialah sebesar 76,82%. Faktor Six Big Losses yang berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya efektivitas mesin L- BOX KYOTO diketahui dengan analisa Fishbone Diagram yaitu Reduce Speed Losses dengan hasil 82,59% Kata Kunci: Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Rasio, Availability, Performance, Quality, Six Big Losses, Reduce Speed Losses
