Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Tidung Island Services, Attractiveness and Facilities on Tourist Visit Satisfaction. The population in this study was 105 respondents, the sampling method used was Purposive Sampling, which is sampling based on criteria determined by the researcher. Data collection methods using survey methods with research instruments is a questionnaire. The data processing method uses Partial Least Square. This study proves that service has a positive effect on visitor satisfaction, tourist attraction has a positive effect on visitor satisfaction, and facilities have a positive effect on the satisfaction of tourists visiting Tidung Island. Keywords: service, attractiveness, facilities, visit satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pelayanan, Daya Tarik dan Fasilitas Pulau Tidung Terhadap Kepuasan Berkunjung Wisatawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 105 responden, metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan oleh peneliti. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan Pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan berkunjung, Daya tarik wisata berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan berkunjung, dan Fasilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan berkunjung wisatawan ke Pulau Tidung Kata kunci: pelayanan, daya tarik, fasilitas, kepuasan berkunjung
