Abstract
This research aims to examine and analyse the Effect of Leadership, Work Motivation and Career Development on employee job satisfaction. The research method used is the descriptive method. The object of research is all employee working in PT. Bank Central Asia Cabang Bintaro with population of 100 people. The sampling technique use nonprobability sampling with a total sample of 80 people. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tool Smart-PLS. The result of the same research showing leadership have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, motivation has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction and career development of has a satisfaction positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: leadership, work motivation, career development and job satisfaction of employees Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ini adalah metode deskriptif objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Bank Central Asia Cabang Bintaro dengan populasi 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 orang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasill penelitian mmenunjukan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Pengembangan Karir Dan Kepuasan Kerja.
