Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Independent Board of Commissioners, Institutional Ownership and Intellectual Capital on Company’s Financial Performance in Transportation Service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016 - 2018. The Company's financial performance is proxied by NPM (Net Profit Margin). This study uses multiple linear analysis methods with hypothesis testing the coefficient of determination, f test and t test. Based on the purposive sampling method, there is the final data in this study. The results of this study indicate that the Independent Board of Commissioners and Intellectual Capital don’t have a significant effect on the Company's Financial Performance (NPM), while Institutional Ownership has a significant effect on the Company's Financial Performance (NPM). Keywords: Independent Board of Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, Intellectual Capital and Net Profit Margin Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Dewan Komisaris Independen, Kepemilikan Institusional dan Intellectual Capital terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada perusahaan Jasa Transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2016 - 2018. Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan diproksi dengan NPM (Net Profit Margin). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis linier berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis uji koefisien determinasi, uji f dan uji t. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling terdapat data akhir dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dewan Komisaris Independen dan Intellectual Capital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan (NPM), sedangkan Kepemilikan Institusional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan (NPM).
