Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of product quality, price, and brand trust on customer loyalty at PT. UniBooks ". This research was conducted at Al-Ihsan School Meruya West Jakarta. This study took a sample from the parents of parents of students of Al-Ihsan School in West Jakarta with a total of 150 respondents using quantitative methods. Analysis of the data used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that Product Quality is not significant to Customer Loyalty, Prices are positively related and significant to Customer Loyalty, Brand Trust is positively and significantly related to Customer Loyalty. Keywords: Product quality, price, brand trust, customer loyalty Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga, dan Kepercayaan Merek Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada PT. Uni Books”. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Al-Ihsan School Meruya Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel dari wali orang tua murid SD Sekolah Al – Ihsan School Jakarta Barat dengan jumlah 150 responden dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kualitas Produk tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, Harga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, Kepercayaan Merek berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Kata kunci: Kualitas Produk, Harga, Kepercayaan Merek, Loyalitas Pelanggan
