Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the effect of compensation, work environment, and work stress on turnover intentions. The object of this research is employees of PT. Go Go Destinasi, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta. This research was conducted on 88 respondents using quantitative descriptive methods. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The phenomenon in this study is the frequent occurrence of employee turnover, the cause of employee turnover is caused by several factors. Among them is the problem of employee compensation due to incompatibility with the work received, in this case the company does not pay attention to bonuses or non-financial compensation to employees, the work environment is the lack of facilities and infrastructure to support the performance of employees and the location of the company that is not strategic and work stress is often felt by employees due to the abundant tasks received by the employees and their employees are required to do work at leisure or weekends. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, compensation, work environment, and work stress variables on turnover intention at PT. Go Go Destinasi, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta. This is evidenced from the results of the simultaneous test F (Test F) and the results of the partial test (t test) also show significant values of the three independent variables that support the hypothesis. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Go Online Destinations, Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 88 responden dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Fenomena dalam penelitian ini adalah sering terjadinya turnover karyawan, penyebab dari turnover karyawan disebabkan dari beberapa faktor. Diantaranya yaitu masalah kompensasi karyawan terjadi ketidak sesuaian dengan pekerjaan yang diterimanya, dalam hal ini perusahaan tidak memperhatikan bonus ataupun kompensasi non financial terhadap para karyawan, lingkungan kerja yaitu kurangnya sarana dan prasarana pendukung kinerja para karyawan serta lokasi perusahaan yang tidak strategis serta stres kerjapun sering dirasakan oleh para karyawan yang disebabkan tugas yang melimpah yang diterima para karyawan serta diharuskannya para karyawannya untuk mengerjakan pekerjaan diwaktu luang atapun weekend. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention di PT. Go Online Destinations, Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan F (Uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (Uji t) juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa.
