Abstract
This research is to find out the influence of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover and return on equity value to stock return on companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange metal and allied products sub sector period 2012- 2017. The sample selection in this research using purposive sampling method and got 6 companies that match the criteria. The research data is obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis and it is found that the more appropriate model used is common effect model. From result of research got value of adjusted R-Square equal to 15,984%. Partially show that return on equity variable have positive and significant effect to stock return. However, the other partial current ratio, debt to equity and total asset turnover variables have positive and no significant effect on the stock return companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange metal and allied products sub sector period 2012-2017. Keywords: stock return, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover and return on equity. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh current ratio, debt to equiy ratio, total asset turnover dan return on equity terhadap return saham pada perusahaan sub sektor logam dan sejenisnya yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2017. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan didapatkan 6 perusahaan yang sesuai dengan kriteria. Data penelitian diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dan didapatkan bahwa model yang lebih tepat digunakan adalah common effect model. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai adjusted R-Square sebesar 15.984%. Serta secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel return on equity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham. Tetapi, variabel lainnya yaitu current ratio, debt to equity ratio dan total asset turnover secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap return saham perusahaan sub sektor logam dan sejenisnya yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2017 Kata kunci: return saham, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turn over dan return on equity
