Abstract
PT. LGEIN has several production machines that include Vacuum Forming Female machines to produce door liner. Vacuum Forming Female machines are faced with problems related to the effectiveness of the machine due to production congestion. This can be seen from the not achieving the production target due to problems in the machine/equipment that raises downtime. To solve these problems, appropriate measures are needed in the maintenance of machinery/equipment, one of which is the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). The steps taken to implement it are to measure Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) as well as to know the biggest factors affecting the calculation of six big losses. After that look for causes of problems that occur using the Fishbone diagram. The world class productivity standard formulated by the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM), which is 85%. The current results of OEE measurements show that the productivity on Vacuum Forming Female machines amounted to 83%. The value shows that there is a large space to be done continues improvement in order to increase productivity. The factors that affect the high low six big losses are the Speed Losses (reduce Speed losses) amounting to (35.69%). With the application of maintenance and repair recommendation, OEE in 2018 can increase to 85%.(world class standard). LGEIN memiliki beberapa mesin produksi yang diantaranya adalah mesin Vacuum Forming Female untuk memproduksi door liner. Mesin Vacuum Forming Female dihadapkan pada masalah yang berkaitan dengan efektivitas mesin yang diakibatkan oleh kemacetan produksi. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari tidak tercapainya target produksi karena adanya masalah pada mesin/peralatan yang menimbulkan downtime. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diperlukan langkah-langkah yang tepat dalam pemeliharaan mesin/peralatan, salah satunya dengan melakukan penerapan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Langkah yang dilakukan untuk menerapkannya yaitu melakukan pengukuran Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) serta mengetahui faktor terbesar yang mempengaruhi dengan perhitungan six big losses. Setelah itu mencari penyebab-penyebab permasalahan yang terjadi dengan menggunakan fishbone diagram. Standar produktivitas world class yang dirumuskan Japan institute of plant Maintenance (JIPM), yaitu sebesar 85%. Hasil pengukuran OEE saat ini menunjukan bahwa produktivitas pada Mesin Vacuum Forming Female sebesar 83%. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada ruang yang besar untuk dilakukan continues improvement agar dapat peningkatan produktivitas. Faktor yang mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya six big losses yaitu Speed Losses (reduce speed losses) sebesar (35,69%). Dengan penerapan maintenance dan rekomendasi perbaikan maka OEE ditahun 2018 dapat meningkat menjadi 85% (standard world class).
