Abstract
Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan melayani, beban kerja dan keterikatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawandi PT. Fuji Seat Indonesia dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 80 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT.Fuji Seat Indonesia. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode alternatif dari structural equation modeling (SEM) yaitu partial least square (PLS). Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungankepemimpinan melayani, beban kerja dan keterikatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan melayani dan keterikatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapKinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci :Kepemimpinan Melayani, Beban Kerja, Keterikatan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan. The main objective of this research is to study the effect of servant leadership,work load, and work engagement, on employee performance at PT. Fuji Seat Indonesia by using quantitative descriptive. The data in this study were obtained from 80 respondents who were employees of PT.Fuji Seat Indonesia. Data analysis in this study uses an alternative method of structural equation modeling (SEM), namely partial least square (PLS). The first step in this study was to test the validity of each question raised with its reliability. The second stage determines the relationship between servant leadership,work load, and work engagement, on employee performance. The results of this study stated that the variables of servant leadershipand work engagement had positive and significant effects on employee performance.
