Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Promosi, dan Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Objek Penelitian ini adalah Dealer Suzuki di Ciledug. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Oleh karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Statistik Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara uji t Kualitas Produk, Promosi, dan Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sepeda Motor Nex di Ciledug. Kata kunci : Kualitas Produk, Promosi, dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. This study is to determine the effect of product quality, promotion, and price on customer satisfaction. The object of this research is Dealer Suzuki at Ciledug. This study was conducted on 100 respondents with a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is the Analysis of Multiple Linear Regression Statistics. The results of this study indicate that the t test of Product Quality, Promotion, and Price has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction on Dealer Suzuki at Ciledug.
